Our Policies
We want happy customers. If you’re happy, were happy! Online return requests are easy, simply login to your account and complete your request with just a few simple steps.
All items are either Brand New or tested to be in brand new condition, unless stated otherwise. If the customer wants to return an item it has to be in the condition it has been received in, otherwise there will be a - restocking fee. If it is returned in the same condition the buyer will receive a full refund, however the buyer has to pay for the return shipping. There is a 15 day limit to claim for a return, once you claim the return you will receive a return authorization which you will attach to the item when you send it back.
D&D New Generation takes full responsibility for any item that arrives different then described. If you receive anything in a different condition then you expected it to be, or we sent a wrong item in error, we will reimburse you in full, including the return shipping.
